Parking Lot Scavengers
So I was driving around the parking lot this morning, and i had a spot picked out where i was going to park. Then out of no where this mad woman whipped her car out in front of mine and jacked my spot. At first I was mad. Then i realized this has happened just about every day i go to school. A ton of students wait to the last minute to get to school and then get mad when they can't find a parking spot. I happened to be one of these students, but instead of coming five or ten minutes earlier I don't because ordinary kids like me have a hard time changing habits, so i come to school and race other people to get to these parking spots. I've been flipped off, cursed at, and who knows what else. This is just as bad in the afternoon to when i go to my monday class at five, but during this time you will see people parked in the middle of the lane waiting on someone to pull out of their spot because they saw someone get into their car. Its pretty bad and I'm surprised that there are not very many accidents out here at rhodes.

Well I cannot say I have experienced the craziness in the parking lot. I am the type to get in the parking lot pretty early, and park further away from all the craziness. I consider myself a pretty good driver, but I like to stay away from hectic areas when driving. I also come to school every day at eight so it is easy for me to find a parking spot. I also don’t leave school until I am done so nerveless to say once I get a parking spot my car will stay there all day. I also love how the school has a guy directing traffic in the morning; it helps the earlier school goers from colliding with each other.
ReplyDeleteI must say for myself I am always late arriving places, so it was not easy for me to drive forty minutes to get to school every day. So it took a little determination on my part to set my goals straight and everyday get to school on time. I guess what I am trying to say is to take a change in yourself to change an outcome. So the truth is you will face this same experience every day until you leave to get to the parking lot earlier. Also let me say you won’t be able to get to the parking lot early every day, by my experience the old habit of being late always sneaks up on me. On those days I have to bust my butt to get to school on time, not allowing me to be a safe driver. Overall I hope you have better success with the parking lot, and possibly my advice will help you!
Hello Rodney, I am letting you know that I should be close to being done with this blog stuff. When I hit my limit I will probably not even get on this thin any more except to do the in class prompts that she gives us. It goes without saying but I will say it any ways, I am so glad that I have this stuff done. It has taken up so much of my time and it is not like I have much time to give any ways. I hope that you are getting close to having your blog done trust me when I say you will be glade as well to be done. I think there were a lot of people in our class that like to do this stuff you know the ones that get on face book and all those other sites. I think they were used to doing this stuff so it did not bug them like it did me. I also would like to wish you luck with the paper that is due. I think I have a good start but, I will have to ask her what she thinks on Tuesday. I hope that she will say it is ok and that I only need to work on it a little. Knowing my luck though, she will probably tell me to try again because I never ever get things right on the first time. It has been that way for me most of my life I guess that is how I learn thing though by doing things twelve million times. Well that is all I have for now good luck with all your goals.
